And something is pulsating in the centre of it
It looks like a bot fly is growing inside of it
I ask someone who works on computers to borrow/loan their tweezers to pull it out
I tell them I'll sterilise them once I finish
They let me use them
By the time I go to pull it out it has grown massively
It is breaking out of the pill, which is now more like some sort of egg shell that it is hatching out of
It's horrifying to look at
From the parts of it I can see poking through, it looks like some type of crab, or something with similar looking claws
Except it had a lizard-like tail coiled around itself
Whatever it is, I get the feeling that it is very dangerous and I need to contain it very quickly
A girl I know named Erin is present looking at it hatching with me
It spits something at her through it's shell. Something like venom
I quickly run out of the room and grab a empty blue ice cream container
I run back into the room and use the ice cream container to cover and trap the creature
It has grown so big in a matter of seconds, that it barely fits under the container ...
But I manage to capture it
I ask Erin if it was spitting any more venom and she said yes, pointing to the wall
Two luminous, glowing spits of venom where slowing sliding down the wall, from where they had been spat
I asked her about the two that hit her
She showed me her left arm and I looked at what was spat to try remove them
Her arm turned into a empty black void, like the Universe without any stars
The venom that had hit her arm turned into two perfect green glowing luminous orbs of light
I tried grabbing the orbs to pull them out of her, but as I try grabbing hold of them they just move
No matter how many times I try grab them they just move out of the way
It is like they are embedded under her skin
I wake up consciously thinking about what I'd do in that situation to get them before they can grow
My answer/solution is/would be to firstly tell Erin to brace herself because this is going to hurt
Then, because they are just below the surface of the skin, I would use the tweezers to pinch a chunk of skin around the orb, so it couldn't get away ...
And squeeze it until it bursts
I saw a vision/the image of the green orb popping into a small green cloud of liquid seeping out from where the skin had been pinched
No more orbs
It would hurt (really badly) for a second and would leave a nasty, bloody little bruise/wound where the skin was pinched, but it would solve the problem
Her skin would recover and it would be much better than the alternative, letting it grow inside her
