Massive flooding. Not just a little
Enough that the water was visible from space, spreading out like a big hand to cover entire countries
If it were flooding of the Baltic Sea, the flooding was so big and vast in all directions that it would have almost completely covered countries like Estonia
I saw a name Bolivia on the map as it was flooding, but it didn't look like Bolivia's terrain. It looked like Northern Europe somewhere
The flooding I saw, may/might/could actually be/refer to/signify something other than flooding of water. The hand stretching out could be the spread of something other than water. It could represent ifection, migration or the spread of anything really. I'm not sure
The area (hand) of flooding was as big, if not bigger than most of the United Kingdom
