Clint Eastwood Injured Whilst Acting

I saw Clint Eastwood fall over and smack his head against the ground hard (so it bounced), whilst acting in a movie

He wasn't dead, but he was seriously injured

One of the actors in the movie was complaining about safety on the set

It was some type of space sci-fi movie

This mixed in with him playing Rugby League, whilst wearing some type of special plastic bracing/armour

I think this may/might have something to do with the 3rd famous death in a current trilogy
