I saw an American nuclear submarine in great detail. As it tries to evade some type of missiles or torpedoes launched into the water at them

I see the crew running through the submarine, to take up their positions. Right down to people jamming their finger in a door, and off duty new recruits being screamed at for getting in the way of the more experienced crew

Just when they thought they were safe, a projectile that was fired at them, that they thought was dead, exploded into a nuclear flash, destroying the submarine
