It started in a plane
I was a passenger on a commercial airliner
The pilot announced an emergency landing and started falling towards the ground, seemingly with little control over the aircraft
We were supposed to be landing in Darwin, but I think we were now landing somewhere in the bush outside Darwin
The last large drop was sudden and fairly violent, with the plane dropping to the left
As straightened up from the drop in altitude I realised that the runway was right in front of us
We landed reasonably safely
Everyone got off the aircraft
I could feel the emotion of bending down and touching the dirt, on the ground safely
All the passengers were in a small outback bush terminal, discussing how we were going to get back to Darwin. Whether they'd send us a bus, or another plane
I wondered how they would fix the plane
Would they take the wings off and truck it to Darwin, or would they and mechanics out to fix it?
Someone answered my question by telling me the pilot was flying the plane back to Darwin without passengers
I watched the plane taking off wondering why they didn't just fly us all to Darwin, if it was still capable of flying
I watched the plane take off
Then I noticed another old biplane flying close to the runway
It was in the middle of some type of acrobatic maneuver, spiraling towards the ground
Midway through the maneuver, it lost control and started plummeting to the ground
As it was falling, it morphed into a red 4WD, falling out of the sky
Then just before impact, it turned into a massive helicopter. Or possibly something similar to a osprey
It smashed into the ground near the end of the runway with such force, that the nose of the craft shot out like a bullet, smashing through the small aircraft terminal I was standing next to. Likely killing some of the passengers inside that had survived the emergency landing
Then the billowing smoke from the explosion came rushing towards us, like a pyroclastic flow
I warned everyone to cover their mouth and we all did, just before the cloud hit us
